Keeping It Simple

I am jumping into this 30 day challenge 36 weeks pregnant. Needless to say, I don’t have the most energy to meal plan and cook elaborate meals for my husband and myself all the time but I’m trying.

With that being said, we had spaghetti, garlic bread and salad for dinner and I have to tell you…IT WAS DELICIOUS!

I had some home made spaghetti sauce in the fridge that I needed to use up so I paired that with some nice spaghetti noodles, texas toast and salad with sweet and sour dressing. We were both very satisfied with this foolproof meal. It has always been one of our favorites (or at least mine).

For lunch Bryan had leftover baked beans, coleslaw and potatoes along with some home made brownies I made earlier in the week. For lunch I had a PB&J (my go to, go figure), corn chips and salad.

Breakfast Bryan had a toasted everything bagel with country crock “butter” and I had a bowl of fruity pebbles with soy milk…my favorite!
